In 2022, Oliver was joined by his wife Lucy and together they have expanded the practice both nationally and Internationally without loosing their dedication to clients and the rule of law.

Our services range from buying and selling houses to wills and probate. Commercial and residential conveyancing, both freehold and leasehold, alongside probate and wills are significant areas of practice of the firm.  Other areas of note are commercial property matters, corporate sales and purchases, international trade transactions, arbitration and mediation work.

PRACTICE AREAS:

Residential and commercial property work. The firm specialises in residential and commercial property transactions. Leasehold transactions, both residential and commercial are undertaken. We also have expertise in dealing with gifted deposits, family loans, social housing and right to buy matters.

Wills, trusts and probate, including Powers of Attorney and Trusts. A particular feature of the firm's work is assistance to clients in drawing up their wills and advising on the distribution of assets and the development of trusts. Probate is an integral part of the firms business, providing an invaluable service to the local community.

Commercial work, company and commercial advice, charitable sector, commercial documents and contracts, tax planning and offshore companies.

Mediation matters are handled by Lucy Charles who is a RICS qualified Mediator. As a practice we offer a dedicated Mediation and Arbitration service for both individuals, companies and government agencies. We do not engage in litigation matters. Conflict is stressful and litigation can be damaging to businesses as much as it is damaging our society. Mediation offers a better way. Mediation promotes healthy communication and getting relationships that may once have been good, back on track.

Lucy works as a professional Mediator to help solve complex disputes and advises as an Expert Witness. Alternative dispute resolution is crucial in solving complex cases which should avoid the public gaze and thus attract adverse publicity which may tarnish the reputation of individuals or commercial organisations or charities.

The firm also has significant expertise in major international commercial transactions for national and foreign clients and high net worth clients.
